Need Your Input - Course Evaluations
April 16, 2017
Welcome to the online system for evaluating courses in Trinity College of Arts & Sciences. We want to thank you for helping gather this necessary and useful information.
Students enrolled in courses offered in Spring 2017 may now complete evaluations online through DukeHub. At your earliest convenience, please visit DukeHub (dukehub.duke.edu) to complete an evaluation for each eligible course. Remember that the deadline to submit evaluations for most Trinity College courses is Saturday, April 29th (11:59 pm). Evaluations for study abroad courses will close later, on May 9th.
Although we ask the faculty to discuss the evaluation process with you and, when possible, allow you time in class to complete the evaluation, your instructors will not be sending documents or survey forms to you electronically.
Some important things to note:
- Any information you submit via the online form is confidential. Data are reported in the aggregate only, and no personally identifying information will be released. Faculty will not see the overall evaluation results until after grades are submitted.
- The form is easy to use, but you must review a Summary page and click a Confirm Responses button before your submission is saved.
- Detailed instructions for completing the course evaluations may be found here: http://assessment.trinity.duke.edu/students-course-evaluations
For technical assistance accessing the evaluations forms in DukeHub, please contact the OIT Help Desk at 919-684-2200. Thank you again for your support of this important process.
