  • Research Description

Broadly speaking, my research is local to where moral and political philosophy intersects with philosophical anthropology. I am mainly interested in naturalized ontologies of the self, and advancing theories that best explain the foundations of social life. Through this lens, I examine areas such as: moral and political action and agency, political authority and legitimacy, and the many public policy issues that arise within the contexts of multicultural or value-plural liberal democratic states.
