A Faculty Database System account provides access for faculty and staff to maintain and update an online CV and web page(s). This system is also used for faculty annual evaluations. FDS accounts are generally created locally by a departmental administrator, but you can also request an account online. Read About the Faculty Database System, or contact fds@aas.duke.edu for help.
