Directors of Undergraduate Studies

The director of undergraduate studies (DUS) is the departmental or program officer responsible for coordinating and overseeing the undergraduate curriculum and courses of instruction. The DUS authorizes transfer credits and certifies that each student has met the requirements for the major or minor at the point of graduation. You can consult with your departmental academic advisor or the DUS regarding whether and how courses you take can count toward the requirements of the major.
