Engineering Basics for Trinity Students

HOUSECS 59.06

Fall 2019

Thursdays, 6-7:30pm, Keohane 4D 201SEM

This course is dedicated to hands-on, intuitive learning of applicable, enjoyable engineering skills. Pratt students learn many skills that are interesting and useful for 21st-century life, but Trinity students often miss out on these opportunities. 3D printing is one of the most promising technologies developed in recent history, and is improving each year. Duke has invested heavily in 3D printing, maintaining makerspaces on West, in the Ruby and on East. With 3D printing you can make dorm decorations, replace lost or broken parts, and much more.
