Major in African & African American Studies, minor in Education
At Duke, I have been involved on the executive boards for the Black Student Alliance, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and a publication for women of color called "The Bridge." I am also a co-founder and the former house director of the Mitchell-White House, Duke's first Black cultural living and learning community. I enjoy writing, which led to me joining the Thompson Writing Studio as a consultant. In Spring of 2021 I joined the Lambda Omega Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, where I am active in community service and a white variety of educational programming. During my summers, I have been heavily involved in teaching and law interning, and I hope to attend law school after I graduate.
