Apply for Admission (March)
Prospective transfer students will apply in the spring for fall admission. The application deadline for transfer student admission is March 15. All questions regarding the Admissions process should be directed to Duke Admissions.
Admission Offer & Preliminary Credit Evaluation (May-June)
The Trinity Transfer Office will begin reviewing prior coursework of admitted transfers to determine how many credits will transfer. All students offered admission will have a chance to receive a preliminary evaluation before Decision Day.
Official Credit Evaluation (June-July)
After a student has committed to attending Duke they will work closely with the Trinity Transfer Office to finalize their official credit evaluation. Admitted transfer students are expected to provide syllabi and information on prior coursework to ensure proper credit evaluation.
Connected to Advising Support (June-August)
Trinity transfer students are provided transfer advising and transitional support by the Trinity Transfer Office. Students will be connected with a variety of academic supports and resources throughout the summer. Formal advising assignments are based on Sophomore or Junior standing as determined by the Trinity Transfer Office.
