Class of 2026
Major in Chemistry; Minor in Computer Science

I am pursuing a degree in Chemistry, with a concentration in Biochemistry, and a minor in Computer Science. I would describe myself as a humorous and detail-oriented person who is interested in entering the healthcare task force. At Duke, I am a part of the Baldwin Scholars program, the Huang Fellows program, and the Iota Mu Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, cooking, spending time with family, or laying out by any body of water.

Favorite Class: My favorite class at Duke so far would be the FOCUS class I took my freshman fall, Education 118FS, which was a Critical Race Theory class taught by Dr. Zoila Airall. This class introduced me to a new perspective and allowed me to read/discuss books and text we would have probably never touched otherwise. Our conversations were insightful, I met so many new friends and people through our FOCUS dinners, and Dr. Airall was as kind and supportive as one could hope coming to Duke as a nervous freshman.
