Finance & Administration, led by Carol A. King, provides overall administrative management, coordination and direction of business functions such as financial strategic planning, budget development, human resources and payroll oversight, facilities planning, and space utilization.
The group is responsible for oversight of current processes, providing recommendations, and implementing process improvements; determining cost saving strategies; maximizing revenue and resources; and leading short and long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives.
