Class of 2025
Major in Evolutionary Anthropology; Minors in Medical Sociology and Chemistry
I'm a senior from Fairfax, Virginia. At Duke, I am in involved in research on hormones in baboons with the Alberts Lab. Other organizations I am involved in are Pre-Dental Society, Magical Moments Foundation, and Duke Swing dance. I volunteer with FEMMES+, where Duke students lead STEM activities for 4th to 6th grade students, and also at the children's hospital. In my free time, I like to watch shows and go on runs. After undergrad, I hope to go to dental school!
Favorite Class: My favorite class was Human Evolutionary Physiology (EVANTH 330) with Dr. Pontzer because learning about the body's systems and how they have been impacted in terms of evolution was fascinating. The group project where we implemented our own health change and conducted our own study with results was also engaging and interesting to share with our classmates.
